Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Alzuno. By using Alzuno, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
What Alzuno Is
Alzuno is a personal debt tracking, planning and motivation tool. Alzuno allows you to manually record debt amounts, payments, goals, payday information and other progress information. Alzuno does not provide banking services, lending services or debt management services.
No Financial Advice
Alzuno provides general tracking tools, calculations and estimates for informational purposes only. Alzuno does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or debt advice. Information shown in the app should not be treated as a recommendation to make a particular financial decision. If you need advice about your personal financial circumstances, you should consider speaking to an appropriately qualified professional.
Your Money and Bank Accounts
Alzuno does not connect to your bank account, hold your money, transfer money or make debt payments on your behalf. Any debt pot or separate account referred to in Alzuno is an account or savings pot that you manage independently outside the app. You are responsible for making and confirming any real-world payments or transfers.
Information You Enter
You are responsible for checking that information you enter into Alzuno is accurate. Alzuno relies on the debt amounts, payments, goals and other information that you manually provide. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause progress calculations or estimates to be inaccurate.
Calculations and Projections
Any debt-free dates, monthly projections, progress percentages or What If calculations shown by Alzuno are estimates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these estimates may not include interest, lender fees, changes in interest rates, missed payments, additional borrowing or other changes to your financial circumstances. Actual repayment times and amounts may therefore differ from estimates shown in the app.
No Guarantee of Results
Alzuno does not guarantee that using the app will reduce your debt, improve your financial position or result in you becoming debt free by a particular date. Your results depend on your own circumstances, decisions and actions.
App Availability
We aim to keep Alzuno available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. Features may be changed, improved, suspended or removed as Alzuno develops.
Your Responsibility
You remain responsible for your financial decisions and for checking information with your lender, bank or other relevant provider where appropriate. You should not rely on Alzuno as your only record of money owed, payments made or obligations to a lender.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alzuno and its operator are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on estimates, manually entered information or decisions made using the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Alzuno changes or new features are introduced. The latest version will be made available through Alzuno or the Alzuno website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected by these Terms.
